■ The origin of the name “Shinsoku 18 Days SCADA”

“Shinsoku 18 Days SCADA” (※6) is named to represent the feature of building a SCADA system in a short period of time, one of the key characteristics of EnerVision. By significantly reducing the time required for traditional system construction and enabling agile development for customers, the goal is to expand the use of ACMEPOINT EnerVision, even for users who have not previously used SCADA systems.

■ Background of the agency agreement signing

ACMEPOINT has been actively involved in the renewable energy and energy-saving business of its group companies. Initially, the company used third-party software to build an energy management system, but it was unable to effectively meet the needs of the field. Therefore, to respond flexibly to on-site requirements, ACMEPOINT decided to develop its own system.

Later, after seeing ACMEPOINT’s energy management system, customers and affiliated companies requested to implement the same system. Based on the experience within the group, ACMEPOINT productized the system, which became EnerVision.

The product’s goal is to integrate various functional requirements from different departments at the customer’s site into one comprehensive system for unified management. Currently, the system primarily focuses on energy management, and new features are continuously added to enhance its capabilities.

K-Best has introduced Super TaiRa wireless products with excellent wireless performance to the Japanese market, capable of communication through basements and concrete structures.

Through the collaboration between ACMEPOINT and K-Best, EnerVision can be applied to areas where laying communication cables is difficult, such as electrical rooms, or where traditional wireless methods fail to reach. The aim is to build systems in a shorter period of time.
