Surface Acoustic Wave(SAW) touch is not easy to be damaged, suitable for a variety of occasions, but the disadvantage is the high cost of upstream and downstream integration is not easy, the screen surface if there are drops of water and dust will make the touch screen becomes slow or does not work and can not do more detection measurement.While SAW differs from both projected capacitive and surface capacitive in its ability to be activated by different touch inputs, it’s harder to integrate. Durability also is a concern due to the sautered components.
